I've done airbnbs a fair amount of times throughout the years and I can say without a doubt that Thosachai goes above and beyond any other host. He's such a great guy. Honestly it was my pleasure to stay at his place and get to know him. If you're staying in Rawai then just pick this place. He is by far the best. I have no complaints. It was the best Airbnb we ever stayed in. Tsosachai and his team are extremely considerate of guests and they make you feel right at home from the very first minute. The room was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean (cleanest we’ve experienced in 2+ weeks in South Asia). I will recommend The Seaton House to anyone going to Phuket. It’s very clear that the place is run with passion and has great vibes. Once again, huge thank you to Tsosachai and team for such an amazing stay and all local recommendations that made us have great time in Phuket!

I'm glad I chose The Seaton House for my Phuket trip. Thosachai is the greatest host I ever met. He helped me a lot to explore the city. The room is perfect; neat and tidy. You can find tons of snacks at the snack bar, no more feeling hungry in the middle of the night. The amenities smell good and he provides laundry too! No wonder his listing got a perfect 5 stars. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a place to stay in Phuket :)
